At Nexorismlabs S.R.L. (hereinafter "Nexorismlabs", "we" or "the platform") we protect the personal information of those who visit or use nexorismlabs.com. This policy explains what data we collect, for what purpose, how we process it and which rights you can exercise under Bolivian law as applicable in 2026.

2. Data we collect
We only collect the data you choose to provide through our forms (name, email address and message), together with a minimum of technical information about your browsing (approximate IP address, device, visited pages), always in line with your consent settings.
3. Purposes of processing
We use your data to reply to your queries, share information about real estate crowdlending projects, improve the site experience, comply with legal obligations and, when appropriate, measure communication campaigns. We do not take automated decisions with legal effects on you.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent, on pre-contractual steps requested by you, on the fulfilment of legal obligations applicable to companies operating in Bolivia, and on the legitimate interest of keeping the platform secure and functional.
5. Retention
We keep your data for the time required to fulfil the stated purposes and, afterwards, for the legal periods applicable to accounting, tax and the defence of potential claims.
6. Processors and third parties
We work with technology service providers (hosting, email, analytics and digital advertising) that process data following our instructions under confidentiality agreements. We do not sell or transfer data to third parties for their own commercial purposes.
7. International transfers
Some providers may process information outside Bolivia. In those cases we require adequate contractual and technical safeguards to maintain the level of protection described in this policy.
8. Your rights

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures — including encryption in transit, access controls and audit logs — to reduce the risks of loss, alteration or unauthorised access to the information processed.
